Hi everyone. I've encountered the above-mentionned issue for the first time now and was somewhat confused. I've seen plenty of posts regarding drivers returning empty, and I totally get the reasoning behind that, even if it's frustrating cause it seems to happen more often than not. This time, however, one of my drivers was hauling cargo from my HQ to another city and lost money doing so. I Like I hired total noobs and they make like 3 euromoneys per day. Do they get any better? They are government mandated minimum time, after all, and all the trucks in this game have sleepers anyways. Some sleepers are bigger than others, but again, government mandated rest periods anyways. Upgrade employee trucks only if you have cash to burn. If you mean the loads from the Heavy Cargo pack, then no they do not although they (very occasionally) take jobs from other cargo packs like the High Power or Volvo Construction. I currently have two drivers, both around level 2 and they earn between £500-£2500 for each job they complete, I'm wondering how I can go about increasing the profit they get in order to earn money faster?
